What's included — and what's free

Free to post & match

Posting a role, receiving matched candidates, and interviewing are all free. You only pay a fee when you successfully hire.

No retainers or upfront fees

Unlike retained search, you never pay in advance. The fee is contingent on a hire — no hire, no fee.

Curated, pre-vetted, interested

Every candidate is Big 4-trained, matched to your role across many dimensions, and has confirmed interest in your specific opportunity before you see them.

Volume discounts

The more you hire in a year, the lower your rate — 12.5% down to 8% on standard roles, 18% down to 12.5% on executive roles.

The full contractual terms — including invoicing, the 12-month introduction window, and non-circumvention — are in our Fee Terms.

Pricing FAQ

How much does Big 4 Talent cost?+

You pay a placement fee only when you successfully hire — starting at 12.5% of the candidate's first-year base salary for standard roles, and lower as your hiring volume grows. Posting a role, receiving matched candidates, and interviewing are all free. There are no retainers, subscriptions, or upfront fees.

What's the difference between standard and executive fees?+

Standard pricing applies to roles with a base salary below $200,000; executive pricing applies to roles at or above $200,000. Both tiers step down as your cumulative hiring volume increases within a calendar year.

How do the volume tiers work?+

Fees are based on the cumulative number of hires (standard and executive combined) you make through the platform in a calendar year. Your 6th hire moves you into the next tier, and so on. The count resets every January 1, and the tier is set by the date the candidate accepts your offer.

When do I pay, and how?+

The fee is earned when the candidate accepts your offer. Invoices are sent on the employee's start date and are payable within 30 days, by bank transfer (ACH or wire) or check.

How does this compare to a traditional recruiting agency?+

Traditional contingency agencies commonly charge 20–30% of first-year salary. Big 4 Talent starts at 12.5% and tiers lower — typically thousands less per hire — while still giving you a curated, pre-vetted, interested shortlist.

How long does the fee apply after an introduction?+

The fee applies to candidates introduced through the platform if hired within twelve months of introduction (the date a candidate appears in your Positions tab or Dashboard), for this or any other role at your company. Full terms are in the Fee Terms.
