OUR ORIGINS

Big 4 Talent, Inc. was founded in January 2023 by Justin Marcus and Jason Allinder. After recognizing significant challenges in the recruitment industry, they envisioned a solution that could bridge the gap between companies struggling to find top-tier finance and accounting candidates and those very candidates being overwhelmed with irrelevant job opportunities.

Justin Marcus

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Justin Marcus, our CEO, brings a wealth of industry knowledge from his time at a top-tier Fortune 500 recruiting firm, rising to an Assistant Vice President. His academic background includes majoring in Finance at Towson University and earning a certificate in Entrepreneurial Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. In 2019, Justin leveraged his unique blend of practical experience and specialized knowledge to start Gratus Staffing, successfully placing hundreds of finance and accounting professionals. Now, he is dedicated to making Big 4 Talent, Inc. a key player in the recruitment field.

Jason Allinder

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jason Allinder, our COO, also has a proven track record of placing accounting and finance professionals into fulfilling career opportunities. He started at a well known Fortune 500 recruiting firm before working at Gratus Staffing, where he grew to become the VP of Recruiting. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from UMBC and a certificate in Accounting from Cornell University.
