For candidates who receive and accept offers from companies through our platform, we release personal contact details such as name, email, and phone number to the company to facilitate direct communication during the onboarding and negotiation process. This is a standard practice within a hiring process and enables companies to engage directly with the prospective employee during the offer stage. In certain scenarios, we may share a company's/hiring manager's contact information with a candidate to facilitate an interview or during the offer stage of the hiring process for negotiation and/or candidate onboarding. If a candidate secures a job through our platform, we advise the candidate to deactivate their account to prevent further company matches and the dissemination of their candidate profile information.

Candidates may choose to make their profile and resume unsearchable by our customers at any point by logging into their account and altering the status of their profile. This can be achieved by simply deactivating your account on our website. The same applies to companies who wish to remain unviewable through our platform. Companies can deactivate their account or delete an active job opportunity at any time.

Business Transfers: Big 4 Talent may share your personal information with service providers to help us with our business activities such as processing credit cards, email and social network marketing, offering customer service, or operating a community forum. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Marketing & Analytics: We may use some of your Personal Data to enable you to create a profile for us to display within the Services, which may be viewed by Clients seeking Talent. We may also display some of your information on public sections of www.bigfourtalent.com, marketing materials, and presentations to showcase your skill sets or to demonstrate the value in the Network. We will not provide the identity of candidates on any of our marketing materials, unless otherwise matched on our platform, both company and candidate, or with the consent of the individual.

Third Party Services: To continually enhance and optimize our services, we may share your personal information with third-party consultants and business partners. This includes but is not limited to other lead generation companies (collectively referred to as "Third Party Contractors") who might collect, compile, and organize your information to market related services to you. Upon submitting any personal information on this Site, we will seek your consent to share any necessary personal information with Third Party Contractors to enable additional service offerings. Please note that Big 4 Talent has not reviewed all of these third-party sites, does not exert control over them, and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Contingency Fee Agreement for Employers

As previously referenced, Big 4 Talent Inc will acquire data through various means such as Cookies, Web beacons and Third Party Analytics.

Employers and Job Seekers

The data provided by employers and job seekers may be disclosed to other Big 4 Talent users. If you get to a final round of interview with an Employer, to help ensure a seamless offer process, we will disclose your phone number or email address to them and they may utilize that information to contact you. During the interview process or offer stage, such details may be required in order to discuss hiring details or to initiate onboarding. Employers may share candidates information with others within their company or related company, in connection to their candidate search/hiring efforts, and their use is not subject to this privacy policy. We may share information regarding an employer's available positions and job opportunity details, as well as company profile. Resume and candidate profiles may be shared with prospective employers, assuming candidate is seeking job opportunities has set their profile status as 'active', and have selected "interested" under the pertinent job within the opportunities section. Upon setting a candidate's profile to 'inactive', employers will not be able to view and match with the inactive candidate. If candidate determines to initiate a job search through our platform, they will set profile as 'Active,' and again be actively screened and matched with employers seeking compatible candidates for their opportunities.

Security
