Frequently asked questions

The things people ask us most.

For candidates

Is Big 4 Talent free for candidates?+

Completely free. We're paid by employers when they hire — and we pay you a $500 bonus when you land a role through us.

Will my current employer see my profile?+

No. You're private by default and approve every introduction, role by role. Your current employer is automatically added to your block list, and you can add others.

How does the matching work?+

Every potential match is scored across 19 weighted dimensions — level, comp, skills, certifications, industry, company size, commute and more — and every score is transparent. You only ever see roles that genuinely fit.

How long does signup take?+

A couple of minutes. Drop your résumé, confirm what we read, answer a few quick questions, and you're in — no long forms.

What roles are available?+

Accounting and finance roles at every level, from Senior Accountant to CFO, across Big 4, corporate, and financial services.

For employers

How much does it cost?+

You pay only when you successfully hire — a percentage of the candidate's first-year base salary, tiered by volume and starting at 12.5%. No upfront fees or subscriptions. See the full Fee Terms for details.

What makes your candidates different?+

Every candidate has verified Big 4 experience, is pre-vetted, and has consented to your specific role before you ever see them — so your shortlist is genuinely interested.

How do I write a role that matches well?+

Include the title and level, a base-salary range, the must-have skills and certifications, the location and work model, and years of experience. The more specific you are, the sharper your matches — and you can fine-tune everything after you post.

How fast can I hire?+

Most roles get matched candidates within days of posting. Matching runs automatically the moment your role is approved.

Can I post multiple roles?+

Yes — post as many as you need. Each role gets its own matched shortlist.
